Lobster Roe Paste has simple ingredients, but rich lobster flavor. The product itself has a bright red color perfect for garnishing and saucing any dish. The product can be an alternative to caviar or other fish roes. The client wanted to have an upscale atmosphere for the package design, so I use some caviar package designs for inspiration. I also took photos for the serving suggestion and created the flyer. Fortunately, the product was selected as a finalist for the Seafood Excellent Award at the 2018 Seafood Expo North America, which is one of the largest seafood shows in North America.
